Sikuliaq has three small boats that can be used for science operations:

The Svendsen Marine Landing Craft has a shallow draft and drop bow that allows for easier access onto ice floes and shallow beaches. The boat is cradled on a 20-foot flat rack that is normally stored on the main deck. If deck space is limited it can be stacked on top of a 20 foot ISO Van or stowed ashore.
